Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped via our fulfillment partner, ShipBob, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, SIPPL Mixology is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help guide you through next steps.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SIPPL Mixology is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
